Location was good in terms of public transport. Close to tram 0 and train station Rennweg, easy access to the airport. Very clean property, beds are comfortable. Easy check in and very quick response when you have questions.
A smart TV would have made it perfect. Without anything to watch except local channel is not good for foreign guests.

Excellent location. 8 minutes walk to the Stadtpark U-Bahn - and from there easy to access all parts of the city. The 4a bus line runs frequently up to Karlsplatz, ie the Opera and Musikverein. A quiet location and no noise from adjacent studios.
Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space.
No wardrobe - the only way to hang clothes was three small studs on the wall by the entrance.
The flat was generally clean, but the rug at the foot of the bed was very soiled.
The curtains had to stay permanently closed for the whole stay as the large one was only attached to its rail by three small hooks. It seems someone had misused the cord when trying to close it. We could temporarily tie the two curtains together to have some privacy from the flats opposite, but it was obviously not a solution, so I messaged the property
They sent someone who was supposed to fix it, but when we got back later in the day, they had simply drawn the curtain and tied a knot with the other curtain on the left. It was so precarious that we had to leave it closed throughout our stay. Problems like this should be resolved before letting out the apartment to new guests.
