Very nice and pleasant hotel situated near to the train station Rennweg which is a great location close to the city centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and hotel parking spots for reasonable price. The rooms are interesteing and cosy with every needed things except for the fridge, which is very needed especialy for the summertime.
No fridge, no electric kettle.

Bed was very comfortable. Close public transport.
Some of the staff were lovely but two particular guys were just very rude. Our sink was blocked and when brushing out teeth it would back up. The same was happening in the bath when going for shower that too would back up. We tried to clean the sink out and a load of black dirt came out of the drain. Rang reception, but it was not sorted. There was only a drop of body wash in the hotel for one night in the bottle asked them for more but they never replaced it. No stopper for the bath. When we put our towels on the ground to change our for our last night they were hung back up. I knew because I had wet a patch on the towel and it was still wet when we returned to the hotel that evening. The red curtains were old and hanging off the window and too big and always pooled on the floor. Our save wouldn’t work when we arrive too and they had to take it away to fix it. Just a lot of issues that could have been avoided.
