Private pool is the best. Staffs are all friendly like friends. Room space is good enough for 2 people with luggage. Welcome drink and fruit are nice. Breakfast time is good for who wake up late. Public pool is good for family. Tv program is amazing I can watch TV shows from every single country.
No indoor parking lot for vehicle.

The staff were generally friendly, and it was convenient being able to contact them via WhatsApp whenever we needed help.
The availability of halal food was a big bonus for us.
The central pool area surrounded by the villas was also a nice touch and a pleasant place to relax.
Unfortunately, several items went missing from our room after housekeeping cleaned it. We tried to keep most things packed away, but they removed our beauty products from the bathroom, which we didn’t expect them to take. Multiple items disappeared over the stay. When I reported this to the front desk, I was simply told that because it had happened the previous day, nothing could be done. It felt as though this may be a recurring issue, but there seemed to be little willingness to address it.
The toilet had a constant sewage smell, which made the stay uncomfortable.
The TV wasn’t working when we arrived and it took two days for them to replace it.
The private pool in the room isn’t fully covered, so dirt collects in it almost every day. When it rains, even more debris falls in from the slanted roof above, meaning the pool really needs cleaning before every use.
There’s also an awkward slope at the hotel entrance, making it difficult to move heavy luggage in and out.
Lastly, the location is a bit far from most places in Phuket, so getting around requires extra time and planning.
