For an unexpected extra night at the Venice airport, Hotel Ariston was a great value.
The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was equal to the hotel cost, bringing the value into question. So transportation to and from was twice the cost of the hotel. Actually tried to take a bus from the airport, but it only went to the train station in Mestre from which we had to take a taxi to the hotel.
