The staff was extremely friendly and nice; the room in Venician style with a Murano lamp and very confortable: comfy bed and efficient AC. Ideally located ( very close to San Marco and San Zacharia pier)
The courtyard our room was facing was quite noisy unfortunately but it comes with Venice being a very popular touristy spot!

Location, very nice room, good AC in the room, nice (presumed) owner, simple continental breakfast for 12 euro. Easy to come back to after sight seeing for bathroom/heat/water break.
Quite small. No lobby. Not for high maintenance/luxury travelers or those that have trouble with stairs. But perfect for us. Would recommend.
