This was my second time to stay in this hostel and it was just one night before crossing the border. Until my late bus, Dina kept my big suitcase in safe place so I could enjoy my last moment freely. When I came back to the hostel to pick up my stuffs at night, she was waiting for me and offered the last free coffee. I think the best thing in this hostel is her hospitality and her kindness.
Nothing! Everything was perfect.

The volunteers are SO friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable, and there’s curtains on the beds which I always appreciate for privacy :)
I loved how quiet and peaceful the hostel felt, I had a really comfortable stay.
The cost of staying for one night was pricier than other hostels in Sofia but I booked it because it’s one the few I saw that offer women’s dormitories. I do appreciate the fact that they have women’s dormitories though! It makes you feel more secure.

The location is just perfect. Close to all main attractions
1) There was a receptionist who didn’t speak English at all and unfortunately I needed his assistance. All I could get from his mouth was ‘ I don’t know’. It was so frustrating.
2) The ladies shower close to the window doesn’t have hot water at all! Use the one close to the door!
3) The owner although being a nice person ( she provided me an electrical blanket 🙏) , she doesn’t take feedback positively, she gets offended. Instead of taking my feedback positively she wanted to give my money back and wanted me leave! This is unexceptionable!
4) In the hospitality industry everyone should speak at least little bit of English including the owners! Having the money to open a hotel/ hostel should not be enough!
