Maravilloso resort , el personal excelente, sobretodo Elizabeth divina nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos, sobretodo con su manejo del idioma español ...además la ubicación del hotel es preciosa, su playa privada también, los restaurantes muy buenos y preciosa decoración, el gimnasio muy completo...

Breakfast was delicious and properly served installation need to be much more careful with the lights my was off at the entrance of the room.

Les constructions sont de petites tailles et élégantes, la plage est bien aménagée, le site est joli.
Une réception catastrophique : j'ai dû bataillé pour avoir une chambre conforme à ma réservation. J'avais réservé highfloor la 1ere chambre qu'on me donnait était RDC !!! j'avais reservé beachfront et j'ai eu une partial view. On voulait me rajouter des hotel fees , alors c'etait dejà compris dans la réservation....Bref comme si la resa Booking n'existait pas !
J'ai bataillé pour payer le parking à 25$ par jour alors qu'il me disait qu'il y avait une seule formule le valet parking à 35$ par jour... J'ai contrôlé et recontrôlé plusieurs fois la facture qui comportait des erreurs à mon désavantage.
Nous avions pris la formule sans petit dejeuner. Pour info le petit déjeuner est à 45$(+taxes comme partout aux US) sans possibilité de prendre un expresso ou juste un croissant. Ce breakfast est en plus présenté en buffet sur un coin de bar ...absolument pas en ligne avec le tarif.
