Wonderful location on the bay and near restaurants and shopping. The rental is dated but as described on the listing. Managing group was a delight to work with. Well maintained, clean property.

This is our first stay at this Key Largo property and definitely not our last. We totally felt at home here! We spent 2 months enjoying every moment. Key Largo Park was perfect for just the two of us as well as for family visits during our stay. We found the property relaxing with several areas to enjoy (Tiki Hut was a blast!). The kitchen was well appointed for home cooked meals and the ample supply of bed and bath linens were greatly appreciated! Kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and neighborhood walks/bike rides were high on our daily "to-do" list. We also enjoyed watching the vast amounts of sea life (under water and above) followed by breathtaking sunsets (never one of the same!). Got to know some of the friendly neighbors which again, made it feel like home! Key Largo and the surrounding areas offer a lot of great restaurants (dine-in and carry-out) as well as places to visit. The Fishery was a top destination for fresh seafood to prepare at home (best seaside restaurant on the island!). Diane (the property manager) was the best we could ask for! She made sure our stay was perfect and was very responsive to our requests. Diane is one of the best vacation rental property managers we’ve encountered through VRBO! The home owner is lucky to have her!!!

Beautiful location conveniently located. Plenty of room for family and friends. Swimming and kayaking in Bay behind house magical. Sunsets magnificent. Fishing and diving on Oceanside topped off our wonderful trip!

I think someone else said that this property looks as good in person as it does in the photos. We think it looks even better!! This is like having your own private resort. The amenities are plentiful. Whether it be for outside activities (we even found some fishing poles) or the things you need for doing inside stuff (cooking, plates, etc.); you have everything you need. And if you actually do need something done, Dianne the property manager, will get it done the day you call or within 24 hours. Amazing service. Lastly, the View, Sunsets at the Tike Bar...Breathtaking!

Terrific house in a great location with the most incredible back yard. The house is exactly as described and the pictures of the back say it all. Perfection! Property manager was great to work with. Will definitely rent this home again.

Couple with 2 dogs spent a wonderful, fun month. Kayaked with the provided kayaks daily. Manatees and a dolphin visited on occasion; i.e., viewable from the tiki hut. Loved the outdoor design. Tiki hut was great for having a drink and viewing the sunsets. The hammock is wide enough for two. Outdoor hot tub was lots of fun. Portable radio was great for use at the tiki hut and the hot tub area. The entire lot is fenced, which is wonderful when you have dogs (just be sure to pick up after them). Like the security of the locked gate entrance, although the area seems very safe and neighbors we met were quite friendly. Note that downstairs apartment is self contained with 2 small bedrooms and nice-size bath with tub, kitchen, and living room that faces the lagoon. Upstairs has same number of bedrooms but is larger. Both apartments have a washer/dryer and are included as one rental. We stayed in the upstairs apartment and enjoyed the views from the porch. My son visited for a few days and stayed in the second bedroom. Would be nice if tv was on wall, like the master bedroom. Heat and air conditioning worked fine. The interior is not new but is clean and in good shape. Lots of pans, toaster, blender, and coffee pot. Used stove and oven without problem. Ice dispenser on frig was very convenient. Did not use the dishwasher (bought a dish rack and washed dishes by hand). Appreciated the vacuum cleaner for keeping floors clear of sand and debris. Comfortable living room couch and chair. Property Manager was friendly and responded quickly to our queries. Look forward to renting this property again next year. Expect more family members to join us. This a great rental.

This was a fantastic property with everything you need for a dream vacation: beach, tiki bar, kayaks, beautiful water, great fishing, incredible views, privacy, gated driveway, two kitchens, 3 bathrooms. We went to the beach at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park one day but realized the house was much nicer and went back to it. There are lots of great activities in Key Largo. We went snorkeling and rented jet skis and ate delicious seafood at local dock restaurants. But you could just stay on this property for a week and not leave it and have an awesome vacation. If you can get to the location, you don't have to drive anywhere. We took uber when we went out to eat and the kids walked to the grocery store and pizza place. The upstairs unit is the main house with the master bedroom, but there is a downstairs unit so someone who cannot do stairs has access to everything they need, including a very nice little kitchen.
