Nestled in Key Largo, this attractive house for $368 per night is a great option for your next trip. This upscale townhome is located in The Mariner’s Club, which is a gated, oceanfront Key Largo vacation community. This is a large, three-story townhouse (2,498 sq. ft) with a bedroom on each level. Take advantage of your private balcony equipped with a convenient gas grill and outdoor dining area, which makes it the best place to host a BBQ and treat your friends to tasty meals. The Mariner's Club features tennis courts, a clubhouse featuring a pool table, Ping-Pong table, foosball table, seating areas, a full-service marina and on-site diving, fishing and water sports rentals, a shared hot tub, and the largest pool in Florida Keys as well as a romantic jacuzzi grotto. Boaters have a 43 slip full-service marina which accommodates up to 60-foot vessels. Rent a slipper board foot per night. This needs to be coordinated and reserved directly with Mariner's Club Marina by the guest prior to arrival. Key Largo is known as the Dive Capital of the World and there are several diving charters available. Diving, snorkeling, and glass-bottom boating in the clear waters of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary are fantastic experiences. Key Largo is home to the world's largest artificial reef, the 510-foot USS Spiegel Grove, the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, and the African Queen. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Two-night minimum stay per city regulations Please note that there is a $50 resort fee A reservation in the unit does not guarantee a slip in the marina. This property is managed by Vacasa LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Dock details: Must call ahead and pay marina for boat docking. A fee will be charged and paid directly to the marina. Space is limited and is on a first come first serve basis. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The townhome was clean and spacious. The check-in and check-out processes were both easy. The complex is quiet and nice with great pools and places to explore along the water. Our whole family enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood is great and the pool is fantastic! Everything is so close, we went to a different restaurant almost every night and each one was better than the last. There are plenty of amenities at this property which made it easy to cook (and grill) when we wanted to stay home, as well. Five out of five stars, for sure!

You could not sit outside because the a/c units are right there and are very loud. No view at all. Furniture outside was beat up.

The home was lovely and spacious. Although we were eight, we never felt crowded. Each couple had their own bathroom. Premier room amazing!
Loved being close to the pool - but not too close. Washer and dryer a real bonus. Everyone was friendly, from the gate to maintenance to the other guests.

We enjoyed our stay here, but there were some issues. There is a grill but no propane, so it was not usable. There is a coffee maker, but no carafe so it is useless. I called Vacasa, the property management company; the rep was friendly, polite and said he would get maintenance and housekeeping to address these problems. They were never addressed. There are four bathrooms and one hair dryer. There was no laundry detergent. The WIFI was not password protected. My anti-virus software blocked several attacks. The site security process was often inconvenient. There is one lane to enter and if the guard is checking in the first car, everyone else must wait. Once there was no guard and the gate was closed.
Not surprisingly, the pictures somewhat over sell the condo. They are accurate, but the condo is not as large and bright as it appears in the pictures. None of these issues were huge but together they caused irritations that detracted from the experience. All of them could be easily remediated, but Vacasa did nothing during our stay.

This rental had everything we could want and was stunning. We even got to see parakeets from the third story balcony!

My friends and I came down to Key Largo to get our PADI Open Water Dive certification. This place was great as it was 7 minutes away from the dive shop. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own room and shower.
The only thing I would say was a bummer was that there wasn’t a washer/dryer in the unit we stayed in. Also the security at the front gate were a little too strict. My brother came to pick us up and take us to Key West however they would not let him through the gate. But other than that the place was great!

Overall positives on this property was pool hot tub security an the layout for a party of 10 was great.
Negitve flip side kitchen missing a cutting board no casserole dishes grill was dirty an wasn't able to use the bikes.

The house was very spacious. Beds were very comfy. Decor is modern. Every level has a porch for enjoying the outside. Great for family of 10. Everyone has their own bathroom and space . Pools and hot tub are nice. Wish it were ocean view and parking for more than 2 cars but all else is wonderful

We had a great trip, checking in was a bit of a hassle but eventually got that taken care of. The response from the management is very slow. If anything they definitely need some improvement.

The pool was fabulous. Close to good dining Snd yo the National Parks we visited. Some issues with commode, TV, how to use TV remotes (they were not labeled!). Lower patio door chain locked so it could not be used. Washing machine could not be set on cold. Decks:/patios were not clean.

Beautiful Property
We rented it to spend my friends 50th Birthday and we also hired a private chef to come in and cook for us. We had everything we needed. It was beautiful.
