Beautiful grounds and location. Bogie and Bacall restaurant and lounge were excellent. Quiet and serene property. Jaynelly at the spa pool was spectacular!
There is only one building on property that ac outside of one's bungalow. The workout area is tiny, crammed, and not air conditioned. Spa options are very limited and limited on availability.

The breakfast at the resort was not what I expected. Since it's advertised as an all-inclusive resort, I was disappointed that when I wanted to have a few drinks before 11:00 am, the staff told me I had to make them myself. In addition, I was surprised that one of the restaurants at the resort charged $150.00 per person. I don't understand how this qualifies as an all-inclusive resort when guests are still expected to pay extra for certain dining experiences.
As a guess at an all-inclusive resort, I expected beverage service to be available throughout the morning without restrictions. Being told to make the drinks myself before 11:00 am felt inconvenient and did not meet the level of service I was expecting from the resort.
