location and amenities
deck area to room needed cleaning of old vegetation which I believe attracted a lot if bugs and led to a lot of bites from no see ums

The location was good.
It was a bit misleading. The advertisement made it seem like a small property that was oceanfront. In reality, it was a hotel that was poorly maintained.
