The pool area is absolutely beautiful and the tiki bar is great. Good food. The drinks are watered down, but still tasty. The beds were not comfortable. Every morning SOMETHING woke us up... whether it was leaf blowers in the parking area right outside our room, or construction workers yelling at each other literally right outside our window or banging loudly in the room next to us that was getting remodeled. I don't know why they would put guests right next to a room that is being remodeled, especially given the fact that we booked this months ago. The location is great. Starbucks is nearby and they have "The Flordia Keys" mugs, if you collect them. The glass bottom boat and 1/2 day fishing tours leave from the hotel's marina, so that is also very convenient. The biggest issue I had with the hotel is that someone stole my Kindle out of the pool area. The front desk gave very little assistance and assured me they didn't have cameras in the area even though I gave them the date and approximate time it was stolen. I don't really know how true this is, or who REALLY has my Kindle, but alas, this is what happened. So for that, I give this hotel 3 stars. If it wasn't for the pool and excellent bar food, this would have been a 1-star review.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is expensive and does not deliver on value, but for the area it's expected. The rooms are always damp and the internet drops constantly. Having access to pools was nice, but even though the temperature is hot the water is cold. It was an ok stay.

Good place to stay in Key Largo for divers. Has a great pool and bar to relax at after a day of scuba diving or exploring the area.

Our room was just OK but clean. The bathroom door would stick when opened or closed which made the ceiling tiles shake. The bathroom itself could use an update. I would go there again but would request a room around the pool which had chairs outside of each room - we didn't have that. The pool area was beautiful!

First of all, its a motel, not hotel, so be aware. Second, it was fine, just a little shabby looking, Could use some TLC.

Older hotel but the staff does an excellent job of keeping everything clean. Location is very convenient. Restaurants we dined at were Doc's Diner, Skippers, Hobo's Cafe, and Buzzards Roost - all were excellent and highly recommend. Sun Divers (snorkling) and Rainbow Reef (diving) - excellent service.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Key Largo. The staff were all friendly and courteous, the pools were well maintained and had plenty of lounge chairs as well as regular chairs, and the bartenders were fun people. The staff helped us find restaurants and activities, too! We had a wonderful visit!

Nice location. For the price it was underwhelming. Old and dated with paper thin wall. Loud banging doors. Good point were the breakfast staff were lovely and welcoming. Has a laundry which was helpful.

Very nicely kept resort with two swimming pools (one with a waterfall), and a hot tub. Out back is the original “African Queen” from the movie! Clean rooms. Good service.

The pools and staff are lovely, however the rooms and exterior are dated and really need to be refurbished. The air conditioning in the room sounded like jet engine each night. The room was adequate but the floor was not mopped each day and was very dirty on our feet. In the end we cleaned it ourselves. This is a good location for restaurants and for access to snorkelling.

Beautiful property and staff was on point. My only complaint was pool temperature. Pool should absolutely be heated. Solar heating at least. I’m a pool guy so that was a big one for me.

For a 3 star hotel, the beds were comfortable. The place was clean but worn. If you are looking for fancy, its not the place for you. If you need a nice bed and clean bathroom, this fits the bill.

Ant infested room with hardly working bathroom fixtures falling apart. Heat restricted shower temperature as if we’re going to burn ourselves. By far the worst Holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at.

We’ve stayed here a few times now, unfortunately this time after a storm which seemed to have left areas looking a bit shabby. Possibly some areas are in need of some refurbishment but the staff are fantastic and we’ll certainly stay again

The only complaint was they seem to think it was a good idea to wash the walkways during the morning. Walking thru puddles of soapy water and hoses to get to breakfast and to checkout. I slipped twice

Check-in process was problematic, the pool was ice water cold, ordered a pizza at the bar and the pizza wasn’t cooked and still tasted like dough. The room was really old and cleanliness was marginal.

The property grounds are nice but room was still a little outdated. Refrigerator didn’t work and also didn’t have a freezer shelf (I use to re-freeze ice blocks for the cooler). Not a major problem but for the price I expect a room in nicer conditions. Staff is very friendly and other amenities were fine.

Check in was fast but I asked if there was a hot tub on property and was told there wasn’t one. Walking to breakfast, we passed the pool area and saw a hot tub. Had to call front desk for a replacement coffee maker, gal who took call was abrupt and said one would be sent up. I called a couple minutes later to ask about getting a couple waters and she answered my call with “it’s on its way”. I told her I was calling to see if store was still open downstairs to get some waters, she replied no an hung up on me. Breakfast was good. Skippers next door for dinner and drinks was great

Could not enjoy the pool it was simply freezing when I booked I asked several time if the pool had heater and they clearly lied. So I was very disappointed.

There were cockroach, ants, and my kids freak out. I had to leave one night earliest of so much humidity that place had. The carpet was all dirty, and smell horrible. I stated 7 year ago at the same place and there was not like that. I won’t come back for sure.

Overall, the hotel was good. The room is a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent if you have a car. The only issue we had was that the floor felt tacky and the carpeting was dirty
