The staff was more than friendly, especially Joy, the reception person on the night we checked in. The next morning, Peg, the owner, was at the food truck with staff giving complimentary coffee and scones. The scones were out of this world awesome, and tasted even better sitting by the water and soaking up rays. The room was far better than I could have expected and I feel that the price paid was well worth it.
The only real complaint I have is the gravel does not bode well for motorcycles. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at Bay Harbor Lodge
We had a fantastic stay at Bay Harbor Lodge and would happily return.
The lodge is privately owned and run by a lovely mother-and-son team who couldn’t have been more welcoming. A special mention must go to Peg, whose homemade breakfast scones were absolutely delicious and something we looked forward to each morning!
We upgraded from a 'room' to a bungalow before our arrival and our bungalow was lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a real home from home.
The beautiful gardens were immaculately maintained and provided a peaceful setting to relax in. We also loved the small private beach area, which was charming and perfect for enjoying the waterfront.
The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and local amenities all close by. Having dedicated parking and laundry facilities on site was an added bonus and made our stay even more convenient.
Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a wonderful holiday.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bay Harbor Lodge to others.
We will definitely be returning in the future!

The rom was comfortable and very clean. The staff was amazing and so sweet! Loved talking with the owners and learning more about the area and their story!! The care to accommodate every need right down to Peg's Delicious GLUTEN FREE SCONES every morning was so nice and not common in today's market! We also loved meeting Miles and Charlie!! Thank you for an amazing stay and memories!!

Morning fresh baked scones were fabulous! Staff was all friendly and attentive. Beach small, but allowed us direct ocean access to the calm bay with clear water. Rooms were very clean. Resort great location on Highway 1 with everything we wanted to do within 2-3 miles. We even walked to dinner 2 nights. Liked how they had restaurant menus and recommendations. Pool was also very nice, clean, and even bigger than we expected.
Room was a little small, did the trick, but small.
