GORGEOUS Open water views from all three levels of this newly constructed vacation home. NEW DOCK & private “beach” area to sit with your feet in the sand or to gaze out at the water. We welcome SNOWBIRDS! Escape the winter cold and Enjoy the balmy breezes and warm turquoise waters of the Florida Keys!
Wildlife abounds…we have seen key deer, pelicans, wading birds and the water is teeming with God’s creatures! Come explore!
This has all the amenities of home including high-speed Internet, cable, high-efficiency, washer, and dryer, and everything you need to spoil yourselves on vacation !
Little torch key is one key south-west of Big Pine key with grocery stores and medical clinics and many local businesses. In the winter, there’s a great flea market/nautical sale on big pine key each weekend. Weekly Farmers Market one key south on Cudjoe key as well.
We are 29 miles north of Key West so you can venture out for a day of shopping, sightseeing, or “people watching” and yet you can come back to the peace and quiet of your own private paradise!
The sunsets are fabulous, and the view across the water to big pine key is far enough for privacy, yet the twinkly lights & houses across the large open water give it depth and beauty instead of looking out at the darkness of open water.
Rent a boat or bring your own to our dock with fresh water to the dock. We even have a landing for your kayaks and smaller water sports or if you prefer, you can just sit and watch the fun from the bench on the dock.
28 night minimum per Monroe county rules for private homes but inquire about our multi month discounts for snowbirds!
We Welcome retired couples and small families who will care for the home as if it were their own.
