It is located at the coveted Saratoga's platinum triangle -Walking distance to Villa Montalvo Art Center with 175 acres of hiking trails and beautiful gardens. Cleaning: Weekly Maid service is another cherished amenity for our guests that are booked for more than a week. Given that VRBO list of charges allows one charge for final cleaning, it is not possible to charge weekly Maid service for the duration of longer stay at this time. Therefore, you are not quoted the cleaning charge yet. Following booking you will receive a request for payment for the total of $165 if your stay is seven days or less through VRBO. If your stay is longer than 7 days, you will be charged $165 per week for once a week Maid service and cleaning. We also offer more than once a week Maid service for longer term stays. Our stay in his spacious house was absolutely delightful. The cleanliness was impeccable, and was equipped with everything that we needed to make us feel right at home. The gated property and the driveway added an extra layer of safety. The grounds were stunning and the overall ambiance was serene and peaceful. It was a great deal for the size, and the location does not get any better. The internet was very fast. The host was friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience!
