Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Ob am Empfang, beim Frühstücken, Golfplatz mit dem beteitstellen des Cart aber auch ganz besonders das Team beim Abendessen war herausragend. Eine Umarmung beim Abschied gestern Abend war die logische Reaktion auf eine wunderschöne Zeit im Rotana. Neu eröffnet mit neuem Charme und toller sehr geschmackvoller Ausstattung. Sogar die Kleidung der Mitarbeiter mit einem Hauch Agavengrün. Sehr gelungen!
Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Free golf facilities, all looks really nice
Issues like terrible smell in room, overcharging at checkout. All solved but would not expect this.

The hotel premises are quite nice, hold house in an overall good state. The maid and cleaning team were extremely nice, taking good care and doing a very good job.
The reception desk was quite hopeless, always chatting in the back end of the reception area. We had always to ring to get somebody available. Nobody in the bar area where, even after asking the reception desk for 2 glasses of Cava, it took 25 min be served. After a reminder post 25 min of waiting, the waitress told us that she just had been instructed. The food is average but expensive. Overall, definitely not a 5-stars but more a 3-stars.
