Posizione eccellente, a pochissimi minuti dalla spiaggia e a una buona distanza a piedi dai punti principali di Miami Beach. L’appartamento è spazioso e ben fornito, letti comodi. Lo staff è stato cortese e molto efficiente, sono intervenuti subito per accogliere le nostre richieste e fornire assistenza quando necessario
L’aria condizionata è stata un po’ difficile da gestire, ma magari si è trattata di una preferenza personale. Alcune finiture potrebbero essere migliorate, soprattutto in bagno, ma nel complesso discreto

La posizione perché a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e 5 minuti da espagnola way
La tranquillità perché nonostante fosse in centro e sulla strada noi non sentivamo nulla (app10)
Ho apprezzato molto che offrano gratuitamente ogni giorno due sdraio da spiaggia e se vuoi tu puoi portare il tuo ombrellone oppure paghi 25 dollari al giorno per avere quello dello stabilimento
Ottimo qualità prezzo per south beach
La mancanza di una scopa per pulire per terra, noi cucinavamo e tutte le briciole rimanevano a terra
Il condizionatore che faceva parecchio rumore ed è proprio di fianco al letto
I divani erano macchiati e anche il tappeto

Parking difficulty, Overall AC issues, Room issues and flooring bloated from multiple places, sofa bed has visible spots , keypad issues at the entrance.
