Very friendly and helpful staff, location at the heart of all the action. Easy walk to the beach, espagnola 1 block away and Lincoln Street 10 minutes away. Great location for a fast visit allowed us to explore and enjoy the area.great room size. On a busy street with no noise in the rooms.
Rooms though extremely clean, we're dated. Furniture mix and matched have seen better days. Beds though very comfortable had poor presentation. No bed skirt just a mattress on top of box spring that was covered in plastic. Older building with alot of potential and charm, size of the rooms were excellent, but some details would merit a bit more attention in order to make the stay more memorable. Some plumbing issues in bothe rooms but manageable

The location was good, a walking distance to South Beach. There were many restaurants and a grocery store nearby.
Bed was soft. No table or chair in the room. One of the staff was neither pleasant nor efficient. They took deposit at check-in, which was added to the fee I expected. The deposit was returned when I checked out, but this was the first case in my experience in which a deposit was charged. I was nervous.
