Decent accommodation, nothing fancy, but in an excellent location. Unfortunately, the staff were generally unhelpful, with the lovely Italian lady at breakfast being the only exception. Such a pity, as a little more friendliness and attention to guests would have made a real difference.

Location was great
Flooring on the staircase and in the hallways stained and looked dirty. Shower pressure was not great. TV only showed soccer remote didn’t work.

I absolutely loved Viajero Miami! The place is wonderful, and I had such a positive experience from the moment I arrived.
But the real highlight was Dai, who welcomed me at check-in. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and helpful. She kindly arranged an early check-in for me at no extra charge, which I appreciated so much!
What impressed me most wasn't just the gesture itself, but how genuinely warm and caring she was throughout the whole experience.
A beautiful place is always a plus, but it's people like Dai who make a stay truly memorable.
Thank you, Dai, for making my experience so wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better welcome. ❤️

No breakfast. What I did like was the staff was very accommodating.
Well this was my first time staying at a hostel so didn't know what to expect. I stayed in a room where there there was a little balcony area. Inside the rooms were cleaned daily but the balcony area was not cleaned.
