Location mostly
In the beginning, the room I was assigned It was really bad so then they moved me to another room on the third floor, which was much better with a little bit of view but then the carpet to the hallways it’s very I don’t know dirty worn out. I know it’s an old hotel but still… I was there for about four days and yet when I asked for a late checkout, I was charged $85. I don’t know but I think they could’ve just let me stay a few hours over and that’s it anyhow….

Everything was great love the Bar in the lobby everyone was very pleasant and polite.my only issue was having no elevators im not built for stairs anymore our room was the 3rd floor .I would book again only if 1st floor is available
