Excellent location and lovely cooked breakfast, really nice !!!
The toilet flush mechanism was very old and unsuitable and in the world of phones, laptops and Ipads,stad U must have plug sockets by each bed in every case !!!!

Breakfast ok but be better if we could help ourselves. Staff were friendly. Good service.
The room was directly on the car park snd there was some noise early morning. I booked a double room but ended up with snow accessible wet room which did not seem easy to negotiate. Room too hot even though there was a fan. We thought it was far too expensive, we h as be stayed there : times before but considering it’s not London be area it is an outrageous price. No breakfast included, either.

The location was on point, and the facilities were kept clean daily.
The matras was a bit on the hard side, but that is my own preference, not a problem with the hotel

Staff were pleasant
Limited parking - just managed to get the last spot. Very crowded when leaving the next morning.
Avocado breakfast was more like guacamole and strainght from the fridge.
Our toilet blocked up in the morning - quite unpleasant.
Shower in Room 11 was very small by today's standards.
