Everything was great, from the room to the pool, the view, and the super staff! Recommended!
The only thing I disliked was the coffee, as it was instant rather than freshly made. A friendly suggestion for the management… however, this seems to be common in Egypt.

The staff in the restaurant and in general great. The room was spaceous and the food was very good.
We paid for the deluxe room, quite a bit more than the standard, and did not get it the first night. I had to fight for it the second day, was told it was not available and after some back and forth (with the only rude female receptionist), it was magically available. I believe their staff sleep there which is why they were reluctant to give us our room. The room was beautiful, but it was a rush job to clean, a bunch of hair in the shower, the sheets smelled of mens perfume. They did not offer any money back for the first night lost in a standard room. This aside, the hotel in general has all services you could need and is quite good. The pool was very very dirty, would not swim in it.

Had a great experience 😊. Faisal , Habiba and the rest of the team were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was okay but it would have been nicer if they added more fruits 🍉 to the menu . Location was great as well. I will recommend this place
My bedsheets were not changed for 6 days . So I slept on the same bedsheets until I left .

Close to pyramids. Excellent view of the pyramids. Very nice staffing. Easy check in. All very helpful and courteous.
Extremely loud on the street and noise level very high. Curtains/ Shades dont close well. Its a basic motel type place. And glass shower doors get jammed, so please use care in bathroom.
