The staff was very nice and the location aswell as the food and cleanliness were exceptional.
In the night it‘s rather noisy because of the road outside.

Very accommodating staff, awesome views of the pyramids from our room and the rooftop lounge. Wholesome breakfast with fresh juices. Clean and spacious rooms. Tidy overall.
The constant noise from outside can be an issue for light sleepers, even though on 11th floor.

Initially I booked there because of the location and it seemed good value for money and it had over 9 on booking.com BUT…
Upon checkout at 6am i had the surprise to see my bill increased by 30% (50 usd) because of “additional charges” that could not be explained by the receptionist and no management to escalate at that hour… I am told now by Management that there is a problem of booking.com that they have reported a few times already, not solved but not a problem at their end. So please be guided and overall, I would say the staff was very nice, the restaurant fair and convenient, but that in my view the current > 9 in booking is misleading. In addition of my payment issue, I found the place very noisy because the double glass just does not fit fully the wall, shower door was leaking and making swimming pool outside and I noticed after no daily housekeeping. Conclusion, unfortunately I found that expensive for what i got.
