We booked a room with pyramids view. It was the best. The staff at the hotel provide the best services and advise.
Traffic noise is 24hours. They can clean the rooms daily but they didnt. The food is a bit pricey. Foyer can also be cleaned every 2/3 hours but it seems like its cleaned ones daily.

Receptionists are really really friendly and helpful, they helped us with our problems and they also suggested us trips and so on. Ammar makes very good masages and you can also enjoy the view, because it’s on the terrace next to the pool (if you don’t want it there, he can also do it privately in your room). Pool is amazing, because you can see pyramids in the background. Breakfast was a buffet and it was really delicious. Location is also close to the pyramids and the museum, so you don’t even need a taxi to visit them.
Payment was not smooth at all. First there was a problem with “reserved amount” on the my card, but then we figured out that we didn’t pay for the hotel at all. We had to pay there and it costed 106eur, insted of 79eur. They said that it’s about taxes, but it fells way more than written on the booking site of this hotel. Then they didn’t cleaned the room on the first day (changed the trash and brought us toilet paper for example), so we asked for it in next morning. They have only one key for each room, so we needed to leave our key there and they promised, that they will clean it on that day. After we came back from out trip in the afternoon, the room was still not clean and we really needed to shower (it was 40 degrees on that day). However the friendly receptionist brought us towels and soap and they wanted to clean the room when we went to chill next to the pool. They still didn’t manage to do it after ome hour and inbetween also started to stink out of the sink or toilet so we kind of had enough and we asked to change the room. They put us in a new room and this one looked the same as on the photos when we booked. (The first room we got, was not renovated yet, but we didn’t want to complicate things as first, but after all this drama, we had enough). They really tried to solve all the problems, but I guess it just wasn’t their (or our) day 🤷🏼♂️
