The hotel is just 2 top floors of an apartment building

The front of the hotel had me worried, but ignore that use the lift and you'll be welcomed by a wonderful receptionist, fabulous staff who can not do enough for you. The room was very comfortable and clean with fresh towels and toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities and fridge.
The rooftop view was fabulous, stunning!!

The view of the pyramids was incredible and definitely the highlight of my stay. Having a freshly prepared breakfast while looking directly at the pyramids each morning was a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Special thanks to Marie, who was always helpful and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay.
Nothing significant. The area around the pyramids can be quite busy and lively, but that's part of the Giza experience rather than an issue with the hotel itself.

The hotel offers good value for money, and every member of staff we dealt with was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were also able to check in quite late and the room was nice.
On our last night, after we had gone to bed, someone opened our room door with a key card and walked in. They left after I got up and shouted. When I raised this with reception, I was told another guest had entered the wrong room by mistake, and that this guest was holding a master key. I find it unacceptable that a guest could have a key capable of opening other guests' rooms. It was a disturbing experience and undermines the sense of security we had at the hotel.
Separately, we paid €30 for the airport shuttle. What arrived was an old private car rather than a proper shuttle or taxi, which did not match what we had paid for.
The staff were kind, but the hotel needs to urgently review how master keys are issued and controlled.
