Out of the many homestays in Vietnam visited, this was the most lovely and welcoming spot. Khanh was extremely helpful and welcoming, breakfast was amazing, as well as the pool. Room was very clean - everything was beyond the Vietnam standards. Beach was very close and it was easy to rent a scooter to get to Da Nang and Hoi An.
Nothing - just expect getting to the main cities means renting a scooter or getting a Grab - still very close and price wise accessible.

The location is perfectly away in a quiet area near A Bang beach. There is a fancy coffee shop at the beach 100ft away from the property on a non-busy narrow residential street. The beach is secluded. No one will bother you. Perfect for recovering from a long 30hours of travel. Using taxi, Hoi An old town is 8 mins away, A Bang is 1 minute away, and Da Nang is 45 minutes. The food in the local shops is pretty good too. It’s a solid comfortable location. Furthermore, the property owner is the nicest and most helpful person ever.
