La atención del personal, la ubicación y la comodidad en el cuarto. Hubo un incidente con un cliente que dejó su toalla sobre calefactor generando humo, y de inmediato nos evacuaron.
Que había sólo dos bocas de enchufe en el cuarto, que era para cuatro personas. La vajilla disponible no era suficiente. Creo que ambas cosas se podrían mejorar sin gran inversión.

Me gustó la habitación matrimonial, la alfombra, la calefacción, se pudo dormir tranquilo, super cómodo.
Que la habitación no tenga un televisor. Solo eso, pero eso no evita que quiera volver a hospedarme

La amabilidad de las personas. El colchón que era firme.
La limpieza del baño público. Las luces blancas frías del comedor que no permitían apagar a la mañana durante el desayuno aunque entrara luz por las ventanas.
