About this house rental
The Santa Ynez Guest House was completely remodeled in 2023. It offers 2 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, a well stocked chef`s kitchen. This farm country chic guesthouse is in the center of the Santa Ynez Wine Country, just minutes from downtown SY, Solvang and Los Olivos. Relax at home or venture out to the Chumash Casino try one of our unique local restaurants or spend the day hiking and horseback riding and so much more.

Host lives off property but is available when needed.
Rural but very close to the 154 and about 5 minutes from downtown Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and Ballard. 10 Minutes from Downtown Solvang.
Uber and Lyft are not always available.
The front yard is not intended for guests, the back yard is and private to guests staying.
No Extra visitors without hosts permission, No events, No Smoking, No pets, Park in Guest Parking Only, not in front or blocking garage.
House Guidelines listed under Guest Resources and located in binder at property. Failure to follow these can result in forfeiture of security deposit.
10pm Noise Curfew
4 additional visitors allowed with host approval.
2 vehicles max allowed at property, unless otherwise approved by host.
No Glitter or confetti.
No Bachelor or bachelorette celebrations.
No outdoor fires besides grill and fire pit.
Please leave property in the condition that it was when you arrived.
Booker is responsible for any damage.
No pets.

Such an incredible stay at this beautiful carriage house. This home was dialed with everything we needed for the weekend. The interior of this home is upscale compared to most in the area. Host was very responsive to requests! My 1 year old son enjoyed playing in the rocks in the backyard and roasting marshmallows over the fire. There was a small local farm down th road where we picked strawberries and sunflowers.

By far the best place we have stayed! Everything was perfect from the property, the host and the location!! I am hoping that we will be able to stay here every time we are in the area. Can’t say enough good things about our experience!!!
