The property sits on 70 feet of Destin Harbor and includes 2 boat slips that can accommodate vessels as large as 75 ft. Whether your pleasure is to watch the dolphins in the harbor, fish from the dock, or Kayaking, you are sure to have a fun-filled vacation! Baywatch conveniently has parking for Boat Trailers on side of the house, but there are No Parking Trailers in the driveway! Access to a Privately Deeded beach means you’ll have plenty of space and not sit behind 4 rows of umbrellas. You'll get to be front and center to enjoy your private beach the way you expect it to be! POOL HEAT A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool and hot tub, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded. PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period.
