This five-bedroom five-bathroom offers relaxing lake views while being steps away from the beach. Spend your days in the backyard oasis: floating in the heated pool, unwinding in the spa, or grilling some amazing BBQ. In the sun or under the covered patio, there is plenty of seating to choose from to capture the most of Floridaโs beautiful weather.
Upon entering the first floor there is a king bedroom with a private bathroom containing a tiled walk-in shower and a guest bunk room featuring two twin over full bunk beds with twin trundles accommodating up to eight guests, a perfect space for kids. The bunk room also has a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
The main entrance to the home is on the second floor and grants immediate access to an open concept living area. The living area has a large sectional sofa with a built-in queen sleeper sofa and a 75" smart TV. The kitchen features granite countertops, a gas cooktop on the island bar, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishware, which is perfect for making delicious meals during your vacation. The dining area includes a large dining table capable of seating 10 and there is seating for an additional four at the breakfast bar. The large, covered balcony, accessible from both the dining area and living areas offers a small dining set and two outdoor sectionals. Perfect spot for an afternoon cat nap. There is a guest bedroom located just off the living area and contains a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
Two primary suites are located on the third floor. The first primary suite is located on the front side of the house and has a private balcony that looks out over the neighborhood and contains a king bed, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The primary bathroom features a garden tub and walk-in shower boasting eight body spray heads and two shower heads. The second primary suite is on the lake side of the home, has a flat-screen TV, large closet, and a large, private balcony with a pool and lake view. The private bathroom features an oversized corner garden tub and a tiled walk-in shower with four body spray heads and two shower heads.

The pool heat charge is $50 per day of your reservation. This home is equipped with a gas-based pool heater, which can operate as intended regardless of outdoor temperature. This home also has a spillover spa attached to the pool. The spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and uses the same heating method.

Overall, this property was a great value for our large family gathering. The house is spacious, so even with a big group we never felt crowded. The pool was a huge hit with both kids and adults, and the location was excellent, less than a 3-minute walk to the beach, with restaurants, shopping, and water activities all just a short drive away.There were a few areas that could be improved. First, the home could benefit from some additional TLC and proactive maintenance. While the property was still enjoyable, it appeared more polished in the listing photos than in person, and we noticed a few minor issues such as loose or failing doorknobs.Second, the poolside speakers were disconnected due to previous guest noise complaints. While I understand the reasoning, it would have been helpful to know this beforehand so I could have brought a portable speaker.Finally, the sleeping arrangements could be optimized for larger groups with older children or teens. The master suites are very large and could easily accommodate sleeper sofas, or at least one sleeper couch in the main living area. The bunk room works great for younger kids, but some of the teenagers in our group did not have ideal sleeping accommodations.Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful stay and would happily consider returning.
