The Indigo House includes: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a privacy fenced backyard with a heated saltwater pool, outdoor dining area, gas BBQ grill, TV, games and much more. The kitchen and living areas are open and spacious with plenty of room for dining. Professionally decorated and fully stocked with all of your needs, you won't want for anything at this beautiful beach house. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets. All events must be approved. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee. Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction. *** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk. *** *Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit

We rented this property to celebrate my moms 70th birthday. We had a great time! The house is very spacious, even with 3 teens. The backyard was perfect for relaxing in the pool while watching football and grilling out! The beach is a fairly short walk from the house and there are many cute restaurants right down the road.

I booked this to spend my birthday weekend close to home with family and it was a HIT! Plenty of room for everyone, the amenities are amazing, and the house is beautifully decorated! My family all complimented my choice and were so excited upon arrival! Cozy, clean, and a great space!

This house is everything you see in the pictures… beautifully decorated, lots of space to spread out or gather as a family. It’s gorgeous inside and out and seems brand new. Master bath is amazing! The house is stocked with essentials to do dishes, laundry, have a cup of coffee, prepare a full meal, grill etc - rare for a VRBO, thank you to the owners/management company! The back yard was gorgeous. The kids enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool, and the adults enjoyed morning coffee and evening wind down time. The house is in a nice community and is centrally located- easy to get to the beach, grocery store, shopping and restaurants. We stayed here for a weekend to visit family and wished we stayed longer. Thank you to the owner/ management company for making our stay so wonderful. We would love to come back!!

Im very familiar with Jacksonville beaches and was a little reluctant to stay in this area. I stand corrected!!!!! This well-kept, perfectly located, and stunning home exceeded my expectations. I didn't want to leave!!! It is immaculate. The owners thought of everything and then some. It looks very small from the outside but the inside is roomy and full of natural light. I HIGHLY recommend this home and we will definitely be staying here again in the near future. THANK YOU!!!

The check-in process was super easy and they were extremely happy to help…they had a ton of suggestions where to eat/drink. The house felt new and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the backyard and the heated pool was the cherry on top. Highly recommended!!!!
