This modern studio apartment is the perfect getaway in a great park-like setting. Close to popular attractions in beautiful Hagerman valley including: local hot springs, swimming, hiking, kayaking, hunting, parks, visitor's center, restaurants and grocery stores. Located right across the street is a bird refuge and wildlife management area, so there are countless varieties of birds and wildlife on the property. Included is a comfortable queen sized bed, work desk, TV, wifi, storage, bathroom with standup shower, kitchen with mini fridge, stove/oven, coffee maker, etc. Private cement pad for parking.

Very peaceful location. Loved the sound of cows in the morning. Location was perfect and we especially loved Roscoe! He would greet us each time we returned. Like being home. Thank you!
