About this house rental

Located in Beaverton, this attractive house for $248 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This newly renovated home is located in Garden Home area surrounded by greenery and 3 mins walk away to Garden Home Park. The home is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you may need to feel like home. Easy access to HWY217, Grocery stores (Trader's Joe, Fred Meyer, Costco, Starbuck, and many more), 4 mins drive to Washington Square Mall, 7 mins to Multnomah Village. Easy-no hassle arrival with our keyless entry. Our warm “Welcome” sign is ready to greet you. This 1400sqf has a bright and cozy living space with the large deck equipped with sitting and dining area. Fully fenced private backyard for your relaxation. A nice spot to enjoy your morning coffee with Oregon's fresh air or enjoy BBQ grill with your loved one. It has a total of three bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and 1.5 bathrooms. Master bedroom - a king bed. Bedroom 2 - a queen bed with a crib. Bedroom 3 - two twin beds Upstair’s full bathroom and a half bath is downstair. Well decorated living room with a big couch to accommodate family's night, watching a movie on our 65" TV, or having a game night. TV with Xfinity Flex streaming box give access to free movies. Guests are also welcome to use their own accounts if you wish to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube or other apps. However, remember to sign out when you check out. Full Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooking stove and oven. Basic cooking essential and cutlery sets are provided. Work desk is provided in the living room. Washer/Dryer on site in the garage is another big bonus while you are away. THINGS TO NOTE When requesting a reservation, please tell us a little about yourself and the person you are traveling with. For safety and security concerns, people whose names are not listed on the reservation will not be allowed to stay Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is by 11am. Please observe check-in and check-out time as we have guests checking in and out back to back on the same day. Due to tight cleaning schedule, late check-out is not allowed. Early check-in is likely not possible—however, if the home is ready before check-in time, we will send you a message to let you know. ** Please accurately disclose the number of guest(s) for your reservation. Extra guest fee is $15.00 per person per night, after 4 guests. You will be subjected to $50 fine per person per night if you fail to include extra person(s) when making the reservation. However, if a reservation has been made with inaccurate number of guest(s), you can edit the number of guest(s) at the reservation page accordingly. HOUSE RULES **Non-registered guests are NOT allowed at the property after 9 pm. **Please note that video cameras are installed at the front of the house and back patio for security purposes.   **Guests can park on the driveway or on the street. Please do not block our neighbor’s driveway. Garage can not be used for parking. ** Please remove your shoes before going upstairs. ** Please clean up after you use the BBQ grill. ** Please keep the “AUTO” mode in each bedroom’s thermostat as it use the same external unit. Please conscious when leaving for the day. Help us save energy by keeping home at a moderate temperature.   ** Garbage, recycle, and compost cans are outside on side of the house. Please make sure you put trash in right assigned cans. If you are staying on Tuesday night, please help us roll the cans to the curb for Wednesday's pick-up service. On Thursday morning, you can roll them back to the side of home.   **No smoking or vaping of any substances is allowed at the property (inside and outside the property). Subject to $500 fine and $300 smoke removing fee.   **No PETS or animals allowed at the property due to allergies concerns. Subject to $500 fine.   **Parties, Campfire, and Fireworks are NOT allowed at the property. Subject to $500 fine. **Do not burn candles or incense in the house. **Please note our fireplace is NOT operable. **Use of crib is at your own risk. **There are raccoons around sometimes. Please be cautious with your little ones. **Please make sure to lock all doors (front & back) every time when you enter and leave the property. This is for your safety and to secure your belongings.

My family stayed in this cute home over the Christmas holiday. It is super clean, and oh so comfy bed and bedding (my 30 year old son wants the bedding and bed for his own place!!). It is super close to grocery stores, Target, Washington Square and a host of eateries. A park is just around the corner and is a beautiful place to walk around and has a nice play area for kids. The neighborhood is clean and safe...we loved walking around. The only thing missing was a working fireplace...but I did note that it was listed as not working...so that was my fault.
