Super clean and the staff were super nice and friendly. Offered good suggestions on local eats and places to visit. Priced great for how close it is to downtown and Japan town. Great AC and comfortable beds with a nice spacious shower.

The bathroom was dirty, hair around the toilet and floor and smelled of old urine. Bed blanket had old nasty previous occupants body fluids on it. Floors were not mopped.

Clean the unit.
