The property was very clean
I honestly didn’t like the fact that parking was under ground and you had to pay for parking it should have just came with the room honestly just seem like another cash grab to be honest

Exceptionally clean facilities.
The facility itself sits on a main street, next door to a senior apartment complex, with minimal street parking available to guest who do not want to pay $25 per day for parking.
Upon check-in, I realized I booked a single bed in an ADA accessible room. I asked the young lady working the front desk, if that could be changed to a double bed and a non-accessible room, as that was not needed. She seemed very uninterested in helping and/or changing my reservation, because I booked through a “third party.” After going to the room that she assigned me, I immediately came back down to request to speak with the Manager. Luckily, the Manager was gracious enough to have a little empathy and provided me with a better room. It’s a little disappointing that I had to involve a Manager to get something done.
The room itself was very clean, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed could have been a little more comfortable, but it did job for a weekend stay.
For some apparent reason, there was only one face towel in a room that had double beds. When we called down to request more, we were told we had to come down to the front desk to retrieve more. Once at the front desk, we were told they had run out of face towels…so unfortunately, we had to go purchase our own. That was very odd to hear of a big hotel chain.
Overall, this hotel would probably be better suited for someone traveling on business and not for a weekend get away with family and/or visiting a student at SJSU.
