Great!

For the price the room and beds were excellent. Very clean. Would recommend to everybody. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this one is a great value.

Breakfast could have been a little better variety. Let's stop the cartoon eggs, they taste awful.

False advertising

I booked specifically for early morning free shuttle to airport which your site said they provided. They don't start shuttle until 6AM which was too late for us and I had to pay for a cab

Pleasant, but the sleep could have been better.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very nice and clean.

There was a lot of noise from the room above us and it made it difficult to sleep through the night.

If only the check-in personnel was courteous, I could have given an excellent rate for this facility

My family and I had good hot breakfast in the facility. Parking is free and the room is relatively clean.

The check-in personnel at night time, who was rude and condescending. I checked-in at about between 9-10PM on July 16, 2021. I did not remember the name of the personnel, but I do recommend culture sensitivity training for this representative.

Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer war groß, es gab eine Küchenzeile mit einem relativ großen Kühlschrank. Die Betten waren bequem, die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Das Frühstück in Buffetform war gut. Es gab immer verfügbare kostenlose Parkplätze.

Es wurde in der Hausinformation über eine 'Light-Reinigung' der Zimmer informiert, d.h. die Zimmer sollten alle 3 Tage gereinigt werden. Unser Zimmer wurde während unseres 14tägigen Aufenthaltes nur 1 x gereinigt. Der Müll sollte täglich entsorgt werden und die Handtücher sollten nach Bedarf täglich gewechselt werden, hier entfernte man auch Handtücher, die nicht am Boden lagen und ersetzte diese teilweise nicht. In der Küchenzeile befand sich leider kein Geschirr (Teller, Besteck o.ä.).

When traveling away from home, you want to be as comfortable as you can in your hotel. This was the case where we stayed

The location of this property was perfect for our trip. The staff are all super friendly. The breakfast was really good. The room felt just like home. And the amenities were very nice. We said we would stay here again if we were ever in the area. Highly recommend!

There really wasn’t anything not to like. Great stay!

Not very good. Housekeeping lied and front desk manager was not pleasant. If he doesn’t like his job

We were there and the housekeeping lied about doing our room. We got yelled at by the guy at the front desk about using a towel from our room for the pool which we didn’t even get to the pool yet. We are not from around there so wasn’t sure if they had towels at the pool so took one down in case. The guy I guess is a front desk manager. He told us that is why we are going through so many towels. We only went through the ones we started with so not even sure what he is talking about. Breakfast wasn’t that great. Definitely wasn’t what we were thinking. 3rd floor smelled of weed. I was told that is an on going battle and the manager walked back into the office. Like they didn’t even care.

Happy to get a good nights sleep!

The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional.

The room amenities were somewhat lacking. We ran out of tissues in an hour from checking in. I thought that the box should have been checked when the housekeeping staff had cleaned from the previous guest. The in-room coffee was on a tiny table, difficult to use. I didn’t try. Also, the breakfast was cutoff at 8:30 AM instead of the normal 9 or 10.

Great staff and gated parking!

We enjoyed our breakfasts! Dining opens earlier for coffee, cereal, toast, bagels....but hot foods start at 6:30 which was perfect for us.

Exceptional

The hotel area was not too far from center. Perfect location.

Bed was comfortable just made noise like the springs were about to come out. Other then that hotel was a great stay.

Will do in a pinch and good value, but don’t expect too much

Decent value, and located close to airport.

Breakfast was minimal and barely passable. Location was not so great, they have to keep the property locked at night. Housekeeping is not prompt, had to request twice before linens were changed, way later than they were supposed to.

Spacious clean rooms but 4 miles from downtown.

The rooms were spacious and clean. So was the washroom.

The location is a bit far from downtown and their breakfast was at a very weird time of 6-8am which is unheard of.

it was in a good area and the hotel was clean

the Staff where horrible they where two girls with glasses when we checked in didn’t help my sister with her problem and when we went to buy snacks they where charging us more than they where suppose to! HORRIBLE STAFF but when we checked out there was a man helping us he was a lot nicer then the TWO GIRLS!
