Nestled in Windsor Hills, this lovely condo for $139 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. If you are looking to host a bigger party, we have two sister property located in the same building a couple steps away! www.vrbo.com/3351494 & www.vrbo.com/3809430 ****DISNEY - Magic Moments**** Do you need to disconnect from the daily grind and just plug into the people you love the most? Our family welcomes you to our "Magic Moments" home. In our home, you'll find a sparkling, Frozen-themed room that would make any princess get excited about as well as a room to hang with Mickey and his friends. We are in the main building (Building 8) closest to the waterpark and resort pool which is one of the most desirable locations in the resort. You are steps from the pool/clubhouse and many of the fun amenities Windsor Hills has to offer. Windsor Hills is a gated resort with a double, Olympic-sized, zero-enty, heated pool which features a large hot tub on the main pool deck. Adjacent to the pool is a new water park/splash pad that also features both dual, 3-story water racing slides and an area with smaller slides for the younger ones. In the pool area, Windsor Hills hosts live music, DJ’s, and fun, competitive games and activities for all ages. Throughout the resort, you'll find basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts as well as a fully-equipped fitness center, a movie theater with free, guest-selected movies, outdoor grills, putting green, arcade, and two playgrounds. Windsor Hills is one of the closest, short-term rental areas to Disney. Two right turns and two miles after exiting our resort, and you are driving under the "Welcome to Walt Disney World" sign. Depending on the park visited, driving time is 7-12 minutes. Our "Magic Moments" home has been remodeled with a new kitchen and baths, granite countertops, porcelain tile flooring throughout, and all new furnishings. All furniture in this unit has also been fitted with glass tops for protection. The living room features a 55" HD TV with a blu-ray player and comfortable leather furniture. All TV’s have TiVo which gives you the capability to access any streaming app you currently utilize at home as well as cable TV. There are also TV's located in the Master BR and Frozen room. The unit is furnished with ceiling fans, window treatments, quality pillowtop mattresses, and bed and bath linens. The master BR features a king bed and a private ensuite bath. The Frozen room has a queen bed, and the Mickey room has a full-size bed and a twin bed. The Mickey room also features blackout curtains for nap time. The Frozen room and the Mickey room share a hallway bath. Magic Moments will sleep up to 7 guests with a maximum of 8 if the Pack ‘n Play is used. A Pack 'n Play (sheets included), stroller and high chair are furnished for our younger guests. We also furnish beach towels for use at the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator/freezer, flat surface stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances include programmable coffee maker (both K-cup and pot-syle), toaster, crock pot, and blender. There are plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, bakeware, flatware, glassware (including wine glasses), and kitchen linens to prepare and serve meals for up to 8. Additionally, Magic Moments has a new large capacity washer and dryer in the unit available for your use. We are located in the building closest to the pool and the clubhouse/movie theater/fitness center area. While we are only a few steps away from these facilities, we are on the front side of the building away from the pool. This makes our location ideal because it provides quick access to the pool/clubhouse area, but does not receive noise from guests enjoying the pool. Clean property, great accommodations and easy communication with Gino and Bobbie. The location was amazing, right by Disney parks, grocery stores and restaurants. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy to pool a little more :)

The condo was fantastic! Just as listed. All of the different Disney themes made it even more special. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The property grounds werewell kept and my son loved the pool. We didn't want to leave this rental. We will be booking again for our next trip.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here for 5 nights while we visited Disney and Legoland. Super short drive to Disney (5 mins), about 45 mins to Legoland, and 2 mins from Walmart which is always great! Our kids (and us too) loved all the details in the decor. It is a full on Disney decor theme and we loved every bit of it! Hosts were wonderful and messaged us during our trip to make sure we had everything we needed and even had laundry detergent and snacks delivered to our door one evening! Very thankful for such a great time!

We came over the holidays and we couldn't be happier with our choice. It was clean and updated. The little touches they have included in decor and welcoming you help to make the experience magical. Everything was easy and clean. The beds were comfortable and they have thought of everything- very well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent, even on Christmas day when we checked in. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

The location was great being very close to Disney property. Communication was excellent with owners while there. Coming onto property was great and nice amenities.

This was our family’s first trip to Disney World. Check in process was very simple. The property was clean and inviting. We had a simple 10 minute drive to the Disney property. We will definitely look forward to returning and staying at this property again. The host of the property quickly responded to all our requests and was very accommodating.

This our second time staying at this property location but our first at this condo. It was great and we will definitely stay her again on our next trip to Disney. Easy and quick access to the pool and clubhouse. The Walmart nearby is great for getting some groceries and any items you might need during your stay. Our three girls absolutely loved the themed rooms. The place was clean and well setup for the amenities the condo offers. Bobbie and Gino were very communicative prior to the stay as well as during.

This condo is about as close to Disney as possible and very close to a Walmart for groceries! The Windsor Hills community offers resort like amenities for any non-theme park days! We didn’t get to use the water slides because we ran out of time but they look fun! This condo has a good supply of towels and also other starter items (toilet paper, etc.) to get you started on your stay. I always require a full sized washer and dryer when we stay, and theirs worked well!
The themed bedrooms were very cute and our kids really enjoyed having their own space. There are two full sized bathrooms and all three bedrooms are spacious. There is an elevator to get to this condo as it’s in the second story. Plenty of parking and easy to get to from parking spots.
Would recommend this for any family staying for a Disney/Universal vacation!

this rental was immaculately, clean, well, equipped with very comfortable beds, pillows, and furniture. The kitchen had many utensils and supplies if someone wanted to cook. The location within the complex was very accessible to the pool, game room and snack bar. The apartment was decorated beautifully with, Disney magic! There were lots of adorable and unique ideas without being tacky. My family and I loved the stay love the decor and hope to come back in the future!

This is my first time stay outside of Disney hotels. It's amazing and feel like stay at my own apartment. It's so close to Disney theme park. My wife got her own bathroom. My younger son loved the heated pool. The owner is so friendly and easy to communicate. And I don't think I will ever go back to Disney hotels.

This place was perfect for our stay and family! The owner is so nice and communicates immediately. She helped me make plans for Disney World, it was our 1st time. It was also my 40th birthday, she had balloons waiting for me inside and had even had a beautiful bracelet for my birthday!! The resort is a plus, the kids can swim and do all sorts of activities. Highly recommend!!

This is such a great condo with a great location to the pool and waterslides. The kids absolutely loved it. The owners were very kind and helpful. The condo is close to Disney. It is also close to a Walmart which is important for my family. The waterslides were super fun!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was just the right size and had all the amenities plus more than we needed. It was especially helpful to find a stroller and rain ponchos. We used these both at the Disney parks. We did not get a chance to experience all the extras this property had to offer but are looking forward to returning.

Good location in the building adjacent to the pool but on the opposite side of the building. That kept the pool noise to a minimum. Daily trash pickup simplified household concerns. Traffic to Disney not bad. Plenty of stores and chain restaurants within two miles or less. Stairway leads right to unit with elevators in the core of the building for moving in/out with luggage.

This condo was truly perfect for our family's trip to Disney. It is super clean and comfortable. The property is a short trip to all of the parks and Disney Springs. The onsite waterpark was great place to be able to relax after a long day at Disney. The owners are extremely helpful, responsive, and really want you to enjoy your experience. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.

This condo is a wonderful home away from home. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need for your vacation stay. Gino & Bobbie were very attentive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed after our arrival. The location of the condo is conveniently located to access groceries, restaurants, souvenirs, and the Disney Parks. The grounds are quiet and secure. I will book again.

The information provided by the owner was great. The shortcut to the parks was worth an extra attraction. Our granddaughters were wowed by the Princess Bedroom. The whole condo was squeaky clean. Can't recommend highly enough.

We loved staying at mousepad. Close to parking lot, one set of stairs or elevator access and close to pool/watersides, office and variety store where you can also buy some hot food (pizza, fries, etc). The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed including beach towels. The owner is delightful and very well organized. Close to Walmart (less than 5 min drive) and about 15 minute drive to Disney parks depending on traffic. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

This was our second stay at Windsor Hills and our first stay at the Mousepad Condo. We had a wonderful time here! The location is perfect- close to the pool but on the parking lot side so it’s nice and quiet. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids’ rooms are very cute. Windsor Hills is a great place to stay when visiting Disney and the other parks- just outside the main gate but a fraction of the cost of a Disney resort and a lot more space for your money! Hope to come back next time we are in Orlando.

Close to Disney, clean and safe property, and nicely decorated condo close to the pool but far enough away to not be noisy. Carolyn was very helpful throughout the rental process. Definitely recommend. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

The property was exactly as described. Carolyn was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions we had. She gave a detailed breakdown of the property, the Windsor Hills rules/regulations, and even some tips on how to approach Disney. The location is within 15 minutes from each of the major parks and was easy to get to back/forth. Would definitely rent again for future visits.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Florida. Mostly in part to the great location, friendly management, and overall condition of this property. It is as advertised. The pool/recreation area was great for our kids (my wife and I as well). The neighborhood was very clean and, most of all, quiet. Thank you so much Carolyn for your hospitality. Partly the development (car pass/gate, pool check- in/wrist band), mostly property mgmt (not clean, dirty sheets, no masking upon request, evasive and explained away all issues- that they asked to be reported!!). Not worth the hassle/my vacation time as it turned out. Again, they asked to be notified if not ‘perfect’ and then did little to nothing to fix issues.

We loved staying at this property. Everything was as pictured. The beds were so comfy. The property is so convenient being right next to the pool area/slides. The kids spent hours at the slide. It’s also in a prime location - next to many restaurants/stores. Would more than likely stay here again, especially when traveling with my children.

Overall this Property is an excellent stay. It is located close to the parks, airport, stores, pool, etc. Communication with the owner was excellent and the place looked just like the pictures. My only con is the cleanliness of the unit once we arrived. We did have to get a few things addressed, but it was handled quickly and easily. A better, thorough cleaning of the unit beforehand would have made this stay 5 stars.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Our condo was beautiful! My daughters enjoyed the Mickey/Minnie bedroom and the Elsa bedroom. They took turns sleeping in each bedroom. The condo was conveniently located. Only took us anywhere from 10-20 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, and Discovery Cove. The pool was awesome too! The owner of the condo was very kind and informative. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to Florida!!
