Nightly Rental Requirements: Peak Season three-night requirement. Off Season two-night requirement. Off Season monthly rentals (mid-Sept. - mid-May). Arrival/Departure: Keyed entry. Things to do: Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park.
