Rental management company easy to do business with good customer experience! Good location for teens and tweens as easily accessible and walk to stores, eateries. Very busy location on beach, if quiet and space on beach is a must on holiday weekend look elsewhere.

The condo is very nice, clean and well maintained. It's in a perfect location. The rental agent was great to work with. The one thing to mention is it's a lot of stairs between each floor in the condo.

My wife and I spent a great vacation at Family Tides. The place was super clean, the kitchen had everything that we needed and the best part was - it's literally 2 minutes walking distance to the beach!

Wonderful beach house with everything you could possibly want! Steps to the beach, steps to restaurants and bars and more. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal. We had a great time.

The house is beautiful. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers in the property. There are a lot of stairs so be ready. The house is well furnished and has everything you need. On the downside. There is only 2 parking places for the building and you have to pay 8.00 a day for for each additional car. We had a problem with a out side rug fraying when we ran a sweeper on it, so it looks like we have lost our deposit on the house. I would advise you to photo the place when you leave. I have booked a lot of vacations and never had a problem with the cleaning of the place till this time. I was told the place was left dirty, not sure what they are talking about since it has been over 2 weeks and I cant get an answer on it. So make sure you photo when you leave since it is hard to fight now especially since I am 10 hours away.

It was a great experience! The house was very clean, with well-furnished, ready-to-use kitchen. I stayed the room with two twin beds. It could connect two beds to one king size bed for two people. It was comfortable to sleep. Shower has warm water all the time. The balcony was nice. We could see the fire work from roof top balcony! To the beach, it just takes one minute, which is really great. We could come and back very easily, and we don’t have to use car with wet swim suits. I definitely stay here again!!

Downtown Carolina Beach. 30 seconds to the beach. 30 seconds to coffee. Condo was immaculate, well appointed and the perfect size. Definitely staying here again next summer. Thanks Cindi(who was great)!

Nice beach house. Nice location. Upon arrival the third floor did not have power. I called the property manager. I was instructed to flip the breaker. Told by the property mgr that I drove through the storm and I should know that maybe there would be an issue. Well as the vacation leasee I thought maybe someone would come to do that for us. Was told no one is coming for that. I may have expected too much. I've been a real estate broker in NC for over 16 years. New to me that a maintenance person would not come to check a breaker box of a vacation home that I have no ownership of. Interesting.

As an individual who travels and vacations extensively, I can personally attest to the superb quality of this beach house! First, the house was immaculately clean; more than adequately furnished. The internet was extremely fast and the smart TV was equipped with various apps (netflix, hulu, and etc.). The balcony views of the ocean on both floors were stunningly beautiful at sunrise. Also, the location is centralized in an ideal area of the beach; in close proximity to a number of resturants and shopping destinations. There is simply too many positives to list! I will certainly be returning!!

Everything about this property was just as described, Location to the beach, restaurants, shopping, boardwalk all walking distance! Loved Gibbys, The Tiki Hut, some of the little bars and coffee places all walking distance except for the Tiki Hut but worth the 2 mile drive! The mud room on first floor to keep your beach stuff in was great kept the sand inside to a minimum. Lots of stairs so if you have older people and or small kids this property would be a challenge! The only "issue" we had and wasn't even a problem was the grill it is an electric grill and we did not have good luck w/ it....tried inside and outside plugs had to rearrange a few meals that we had planned! Maybe access to a gas grill down on ground level might be an idea??? Internet not the fastest. Wasn't crazy about bringing my own linens but made leaving a little easier to just throw our dirty stuff in a bag and take it with! Cindi was so accommodating met us at the door since we were coming in after hours! Definitely worth every penny would DEFINATELY stay here again and or recommend to anyone visiting Carolina Beach!

Family Ties is a great place to stay. We had 2 families and we both stayed comfortably. We had nice views and the walk to the beach is just through the parking lot. Cindi was great, she answered all my questions and provided great tips on places to go and visit. Crab hunting every night was a hit with the kids. The fireworks off the boardwalk were amazing. I would come come back in a heartbeat and stay at this condo!! Thand you Cindi for helping make our first family vacation a blast!!

This house is so beautiful!!! High quality appliances, the floors are so beautiful, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and each room has your own bathroom. One of the coolest things about this property is it has 4 porches! The porch from the master bedroom turns into another porch. Its's kind of like Repunzel walking up the stairs! So cool!! You can really see everything, and walk to everything. This house is extremely clean and felt clean walking in. I'm always skeptical when I rent out houses because of the cleanliness. I tried to look for a crumb or dirt left but I couldn't find anything. It is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and you can see the beach from each porch and less than 5 minutes to the boardwalk. You can even go all the way to the roof and sun bath if you want some privacy or go up there and watch the fireworks. We actually brought our own spices and bed sheets, I'd rather use my own stuff like that anyways!! The only thing is there is a lot of steps in the house but I think it fits well with the location and being at the beach -its perfect. Really a fantastic vacation home, I will be coming back again!

The rooms were as pictured for the most part. They should probably have included pictures of the stairs as anyone with a heart condition should look elsewhere. Each level is separated by around 30 stairs at around 75 degree angle. It was a little irritating to have to make our own beds after having to pay extra for sheets. I really don't get that whole paying extra for sheets deal... its like buying a new car and having to pay extra for tires. Not only do you have to pay extra for sheets and make your own beds, you are also expected to wash and dry the sheets when you are finished. The light switch layout is completely bizarre. I could never figure out where to look for a switch to turn something on as nothing was intuitively located. The kitchen was another huge disappointment as the only spice we could find was salt and pepper shakers. I have stayed in numerous vacation rentals and never had this issue. I specifically wanted a grill and we grocery shopped for this purpose only to find that the grill was both dirty and did not work at all. To add insult to injury, money was deducted from my deposit for a broken lock on a cabinet... $100. No locks were broken during our stay and despite my protest, this was not reversed. Also deducted extra money for ''unwashed linens'' and not unloading clean dishes from dishwasher. I thought the point of vacation was to not have to do all the chores you did at home. I will say that other than the above issues, the rooms and furniture were very nice and beds were comfortable. Location was ideal with short walk to Boardwalk and restaurants. Crows nest balcony was a nice touch.

• Beautiful property, every detail in the house is of high quality and tastefully decorated from the crown moldings throughout the house to the beautiful cherry wood floors on the main floor. There is ample room for a family of 8. The main floor has a beautiful living room, kitchen, eating area and a porch. The bedrooms are located on the top floors. The master bedroom and suite are breath taking. Three additional balconies provide a place to relax and view the ocean. The beach is very close and the house centrally located to great restaurants and an amusement park, which was great for the kids. We look forward to returning next year for another fantastic vacation. We highly recommend this property for your upcoming vacation.

With easy access to one of North Carolina's best beaches, this vacation home combines all the comfort and convenience of a fully equipped home with the oceanside pleasures of sun, surf, swimming, and long walks on the pristine sandy beach. Located in a central part of Carolina Beach, the home is walking distance to shops and restaurants, offers balconies with an ocean view, and private parking. With 3 spacious bedrooms (one master), 3.5 bathrooms, and a large living area (kitchen, dining area and living room), the beautifully furnished home hosted us (6 adults) for a week, and could comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. Our friends and us loved the place and its ambiance, the beach with all it has to offer, and the relaxed overall feel of our vacation there. We will love to, and plan to, spend future summer or fall vacations – in the same place!

This property is gorgeous. The layout is perfect for a vacation with kids with living area on 1st floor, bedrooms 2 & 3 on 2nd floor and master on the 3rd floor. The kitchen is fully stocked and large washer/dryer are a huge plus. We had 2 adults and 3 teenage girls (and several other teens hanging out thru out the week) and we never felt crowded. Great beach access and centrally located to everything. We parked the car when we arrived and walked everywhere for a week. Cindi with Ocean Breeze Properties was amazing to work with. We will definitely be back!

What a fantastic vacation we had at this wonderful condo! Amazing location - a few steps to the beach, to the amusement park and all the restaurants and venues! We can't wait to come back. This is a luxury home in every way with amazing attention to details. The house is high end, top quality. The granite counter tops, cabinets, wood floors, decorative touches, luxurious furniture, flat screen TV's, internet, cable, and crown molding are just a few of the upgrades in this rental. It is fully stocked with everything you may need. I love the fact that all rooms have a TV and we could watch our own shows. The master suite is truly a dream with amazing ocean views, privacy and soaking tub. The other rooms are ideal each with their own bathroom and flat screen tv; If you bring kids they can have their own space. There is easy access to public outdoor showers and toilets and we left all the sand outside and were able to store our gear in the storage unit. The condo is huge and can hold multiple guests easily. It is close to restaurants, so we could go out or pick up some local seafood and stay in for the evening. We loved the spiral staircase to the upper deck with the ocean views and got a birds eye view of fireworks. We had a perfect vacation and we plan to come back next year!
