Main home: Professionally designed interiors feature curated furnishings, calming textures, luxury finishes, and warm, inviting gathering spaces. The home offers plenty of room to spend time together while allowing guests to relax in comfort and privacy.



Kitchen and dining: The well-appointed kitchen provides the appliances, cookware, and essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy dinner together indoors or take the meal outside and dine against a beautiful Prescott backdrop.



Bedrooms: Four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and five beds provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Premium linens and carefully selected furnishings create restful spaces for recharging between adventures.



Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms and one half bathroom provide convenience for larger groups. Towels and essential bath amenities are included.



Private casita: The detached casita offers additional sleeping space and greater flexibility for extended family, multiple couples, or guests who appreciate extra privacy while remaining close to the main group.



Outdoor living: The expansive private patios are the heart of the property. Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the estate and its amenities, including the main home, detached casita, all four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, indoor gathering spaces, private patios, hot tub, and fire-pit area. Check-in and property access instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The home is tucked into a scenic Prescott hillside setting with beautiful views of Thumb Butte and the surrounding landscape. Downtown Prescott, the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, restaurants, golf courses, and hiking trails are all a short drive away, offering a convenient balance of privacy and access.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the property and exploring Prescott. Downtown attractions, restaurants, shops, golf courses, lakes, and trailheads are accessible by car. Guests should check the forecast and use additional care on hillside roads during snow, ice, heavy rain, or other seasonal weather.



Other Things to Note:

The estate accommodates a maximum of 10 guests across four bedrooms and five beds.



Pets are strictly prohibited. Parties and events are not permitted.



Please follow all posted safety and operating instructions when using the hot tub, fireplace, and fire pit. Outdoor fires may be prohibited during periods of elevated wildfire danger, and all local restrictions must be observed.
