The Farmhouse sits on 74 private acres. Nestled among pine trees, rolling pastures, and incredible mountain views, the beauty of this property is truly unrivaled. We offer a unique "farm" type experience where you can have seclusion, quiet and privacy, but we are still close enough for a trip into Hochatown for the day or evening-truly the best of both worlds! We have a large, private on-site fishing pond stocked with bass, crappie and perch, a stone fire pit, multiple creeks, and endless acres to roam, hike, and explore. Beautifully remodeled, the Farmhouse features high end finishes throughout-quartz countertops, stainless appliances, chef's kitchen, luxury mattresses & linens, and comfortable seating. We have the best front porch views for that morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine or whiskey. Come experience all that the Farmhouse has to offer! You won't be disappointed, we promise!

We cannot say enough about how amazing this property is. The peace and quite of the area makes this a must stay for anyone looking to get away from the noise and chaos of life. If we listened closely at night, we thought we could hear a car/road on occasion but it seemed rare.Everything that is described by the property owner is exactly what we found. The house is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with necessities. The kitchen is easy to use and has just about everything you could need for either making a sandwich or cooking a full meal. The bedrooms are comfortable and peaceful with ample space for multiple family members.The grounds though are what make this place what it is. We sat on the porch most of the day and enjoyed the beauty of the grounds and the animals who lived just a few feet away. We walked much of the property with no problems and enjoyed the peace of country life. The owner was a great communicator and very kind with all the information she shared. We had very few questions but the few we did have were answered immediately.We have been to multiple cabins and farms around Oklahoma but this one is by far the best we have stayed at. We already have plans to book this location again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend getaway!! I have been extremely busy and needed a break and my husband always takes May 30th to reflect and remember the day of his dad's passing. This was a perfect location for both of us to have a quiet, peaceful, calming, relaxing time. We explored the property, made friends with the animals, fished and fished and fished... then relaxed on the front porch and watched the sunsets. Never once turned the tv on the entire time we were there. We will most definitely be back and bring the kids next time (there goes the quiet - HA!!!). Lindsay was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to our needs. Thank you for offering your beautiful ranch for others to enjoy!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this farmhouse in Smithville, Oklahoma! From the moment we arrived, we could tell this place was something special. The farmhouse was beautiful, peaceful, and one of the best VRBO properties we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with anything you could possibly need during your stay.The communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. Lindsay was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt completely at home.The scenery around the property was breathtaking and so relaxing. We loved sitting outside watching the cows and horses roam the property, and every evening we were treated to the incredible sight of lightning bugs lighting up the night — such a magical experience!The location was perfect as well — close enough to Broken Bow and Hochatown to enjoy all the attractions, while still feeling private and peaceful.My son and I had an amazing time fishing in the pond and caught plenty of bass and crappie. Meanwhile, my wife and daughter enjoyed relaxing on the front porch, reading books, taking walks, and soaking in the beautiful surroundings.This farmhouse truly offered something for everyone in our family. If you’re looking for a scenic, quiet, and unforgettable getaway, we highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

What a dream and answer to prayer this place was for our family! The beautiful Farmhouse, rolling hills with cattle and horses, fire-pit area and huge fishing pond were even better than you see in the photos. If you are searching for a deep/true peace, a quiet (only the sound of the wind in the trees, the bugs, the geese, and the cattle/horses), a much slower pace, relaxed front porch sitting, long walks in beauty, and a cracking fire with roasting s’mores and stars like you have never seen before then THIS is the place for you! The Farmhouse was so gorgeous inside and out. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful top-notch appliances, dishes, essential tools/gadgets and a gas range. There was also a stack of incredible cookbooks for inspiration. I had such a fun time cooking for my family here! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, had comfortable beds and pillows, as well as luxurious bedding/linens. The bathrooms were so pretty and well appointed with plush towels, and all that you would need in the way of soap and shampoo, etc. Two things that really stood out to me as EXTRA special were—waking to cows mooing in the mornings and the CD player that can be heard throughout the house with beautiful instrumental music. I played it every single day!The Farmhouse is the perfect place for walks, naps, baking, fishing, reading, exploring, star-gazing, drawing/painting, bird watching, and just enjoying all nature has to offer. Lindsay was a gracious host in every way!
