The "extras"
There has to be a limit on greed and penny pinching. Cost of room is already too high regardless of how wonderful is the stay. Why charge 89/night for parking? Small dollars for a small candy or nuts (should be a hospitality gesture in a place like this) These things put a chip into an otherwise excellent experience and property

Location, facilities
Attention to little details was lacking
For example we had asked for ice to be brought up when we checked in and called after waiting an hour and finally got it in another 45 minutes.
We had requested more coffee pods after lunch to replace those we’d used in the morning and they were never brought until we asked again the next morning.
The internet charges was never taken off my bill ( I am a bonvoy member) even after asking multiple times. $15/day for internet seems ridiculous when you are paying $800 a might for your room.
The staff were very nice but you seemed understaffed to be able to respond as quickly as you’d expect from a premium hotel.
