You can get many free personal use staffs in the lobby!
We stayed for 3 night, and the cleaning lady did not clean and changed the bed cover for 3 night.
We did the cleaning card on the door. Unfortunately，cleaning lady only choose the card which only easy and fast way to clean up!!! Only change the new towers. 😱😧 Our room kept 3 days trash! 😱
The weather was so hot in August in Tokyo. Normally Hotel in Japan is very clean but this time is very Disappointed !!😧😧
This is my first time to stay on this kind of hotels which only changed towers.
The floor is also not so clean. The corner of the small table which is closed by the telephones, there is also dusty!!😱 you can see the photos.

It has a fantastic help yourself counter filled with toiletries (includes facial moisturisers, cleansing oil, bath salts and even occasionally sunscreen!) and beverage staples. There is a door to door airport limo bus from both Narita and Haneda and the hotel has a well stocked Family Mart on the second floor. The room is more spacious than the usual Tokyo hotels and laundry facilities are located on every third floor.
I can’t think of anything! Maybe it’s not the best if you want to be located smack in the centre of Tokyo for the Tokyo city vibe since it’s located in Odaiba. You will have to travel to get to the popular city locations like Ueno, Ginza, Shinjuku etc but with Tokyo’s amazing train network that isn’t a major concern.

Great location! We enjoyed the surrounding parks and bay areas, accessible by lovely walkways. It was quiet and not congested with lots of people. Amazing breakfast buffet. We were able to store our large suitcases there while we traveled to different areas with just a small bag.

A nice clean room with a good bay view and a short distance from stores and a train station.
The staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming.
The bed was nice and comfortable
You get comfortable pyjamas to wear during your stay as well as free amenities to grab at the entrance.
The balcony was no access allowed and we were not under the impression it would be from the listing
A few items in the room were not working such as lamps which we would expect better in a premium room.
Quite cramped but that is to be expected in the area.
