The view is amazing and the staff is very kind and organized. They have a good system working which makes things easy. U have an option to just get clean towels or for them to clean the whole room. Also u have a spa included and u can book massages as extras. And the oil massage was legit one of the best massages we’ve had. The breakfast is delicious and they have free snacks in the lobby as well. Also futuristic with possibilities for laundry and on the tv u can see the waiting time or occupancy for the laundry room and spa. Also restaurants.
There was a unexpected leakage that happened in our room but they went above and beyond to get us a new room the next day and they also gave us a complimentary massage for the trouble. Which we really appreciated. They came to check in and see if everything was alright afterwards but in a very friendly and kind way. Very friendly and very patience. I misinterpreted some of their messages and they were very patient and kind.

Good size rooms with good views. Onsen was good. Conveniently located close to train stations although the trip to the city - Shibuya, Ginza, etc required multiple station changes and a long time.
The staff were not helpful. I was not able to communicate with them as their English is not fluent. And they could not accommodate side by side room. I also discovered that the price I paid per night was almost double that of equivalent nearby hotels. So not good value.
