You will be very well taken care of!

Incredibly responsive with queries. Allowed me 2 extra hours to check out due to very late flight. Very helpful and kindly spoken, even when I was so visibly distressed.

Could really use a coat of paint and a good plasterer to cover up modification holes. But that didn’t detract from the view and the location and the kindness from the managers.

Do not stay here!

Leaving - the place was a mess, the owners ignored our calls and emails and then refused to give us a refund, even though it was clear someone else was living there.

Someone else was living at the property when we went to check in! We had to book another hotel as we did not want to stay there! - The bed looked like someone has been sleeping in it and has just quickly made it up - There is hair everywhere and the carpets are filthy with broken plastic everywhere - The kitchen sink is FULL of dirty dishes and it smelt bad - Someone has left their dirty towel hanging over the shower - The bathroom has someone hairbrush and rubbish on the floor - Someone has left half a drink on the counter top - There is leftover food in the fridge and it started to smell
