Von alle Hotels die ich in Uzbekistan hatte, dieses war das Beste. Es hat mir im Zimmer nichts gefällt, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer schien frisch renoviert zu sein.
Die Lage fand ich auch sehr gut, 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Registan Square.

Отель нам очень понравился! Везде чисто и уютно, номера опрятные, уборка на высоком уровне. Очень удобное расположение — рядом находятся основные достопримечательности, поэтому до многих мест можно дойти пешком. Персонал вежливый, приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки — они были очень вкусными, разнообразными и с хорошим выбором блюд. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и рекомендуем этот отель другим путешественникам!

Tasty and various buffet breakfast, interior atmosphere, staff politeness, close location to city centre, price value for service.
The most worst: using lie in the profile info, I have asked free shuttle service from airport (as they wrote on profile), but they refused and warned that they can do it for extra money.
Cleanliness (floor was dirty), some staff behaviour (our room situated very close to reception. They have laid in our bedroom, we found hair on bed), not noice proof.

朝ご飯が美味しい。
到着時に支払う料金が上乗せされていた。Booking,comが間違ってると言われ嫌なら他の宿泊先を探すように言われた。当日は夜遅いから一泊して朝ご飯を食べたらどこか探せと言われたが移動も大変なので支払ったが後でBooking.comに確認すると観光税を二重に払わされていた。相在中もどこかこのことが引っかかっていた。立地も良く新しくて綺麗なのに残念。
