The apartment itself was great. It was spacious, comfortable and well kept. All rooms, including the bathrooms were clean. All bedrooms were big, plenty of space for luggage and gave us plenty of space to relax. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
The apartment felt welcoming and good value for money. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided, along with bathroom amenities which were appreciated as well as having clean towels. Kitchen was equipped with enough plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Everything worked well. Heating was required for couple of days during the night and worked well. There is a balcony but at the back of the apartment.
The building had a lift, little small if you had luggage but much welcomed. Apartment on first floor with two flights of stairs so not an issue. It was quiet, safe and despite a central location, in a relatively quiet street.
The location was excellent and worked well for getting around. City Centre was 5-10min walk with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Aldi was 1 min away and handy for quick essentials. We had a rental car and the host kindly gave us a permit to park on the street for €10! There is a car park 2mins away that costs €23 for 24hrs so this was extremely appreciated! 😊Just remember to park in relatively close nearby streets within the blue and blue/yellow boxes with the permit (if applicable and available). Avoid Yellow boxes. White boxes are free to park anytime, as is across Italy I believe.
The roads were quiet and easy access to the motorway, under 10mins.
Vindya was a lovely host, friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Responded quick whenever we had a question.
Overall, a large spacious, comfortable and excellently located apartment that made the stay feel enjoyable and at home!
No criticism but just some helpful suggestions 😊
1. Hot water did take time to flow through, especially on the shower but I understand usually is the case in apartments. Just something to be mindful off. The water pressure was great and drainage worked well!
2. Couple of Bottled water would have been a nice touch as well having some washing machine tablets - but not a game changer.
3. Bedrooms facing the street, you could hear noise during the night from people walking by with raised voices, was not troublesome but just something to be aware off. Expected for a central location.

Beautiful, spacious, clean apartment centrally located in stunning Verona. Very friendly welcoming owners made our stay the best in Italy! Everything was provided including a washing machine, sandwich press, stove etc in the apartment. Our adult kids and our son’s girlfriend met us there and everyone enjoyed their stay. Thanks for having us!

A beautifully clean apartment, air conditioned bedrooms - all wonderful, and Vindya is an exceptional host arranging taxis for us and when there had been a misunderstanding over the time needed for pickup, she came to get us herself. Extraordinarily kind, going above and beyond and made everything so relaxed.
The location of the properly is also absolutely fabulous. Can’t recommend highly enough. (There were 4 of us in our group. We all felt the same.)
