The location was ideal and the property was clean throughout. The layout downstairs was super, comfortable and really welcoming.
Some of the decoration upstairs was tired and needed freshening up for example the bathroom with a shower and front door. The parking area.

Property was spotless clean.
Lots of extras in a basket in the kitchen....a loaf of bread/milk/bacon/tea & coffee etc.....And even a bottle of wine.
Great information email received before we left home and a phone number to ring if any problems.

Great location for exploring Rye, with allocated parking.
There was a problem with the code for the key safe, but the owner responded quickly and we were able to get in without too much delay. The traffic going past the property is noisy, but the house is well insulated so it wasn't too much of a problem. More generously sized bath towels would add to the sense of comfort.

The towels and sheets were very poor quality, the kitchen had very limited equipment no mixing bowls or proper sharp knives
