Cosy bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, great shower. Fabulous large sofa.

Beautiful historic property in the centre of Rye. Amazing location, right by the church. Lots of character and very charming.
This isn’t really a problem with the property, as it’s very old, but it’s not ideal if you have a toddler. Lots of steep stairs, steps, low windows etc. This is more down to us not considering the layout etc when we booked.

Location. Charm. Umbrella (as forgot mine), coffee machine. Toiletries. Bed was comfortable.
Bath towels (sheets are always better), could not get bathroom water hot. Coffee machine full of empty pods. Sofa one of those far too soft and deep it impossible to get comfy.

Absolutely loved our overnight stay in a Rye gem. Such a fabulous find. Definitely worth a visit. Easy check in and out and timings really generous (3pm -11 am). Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, luxury bedding. Thanks Emma.
Steep stairs but we made it work. Would have loved bigger towels and spare batteries for TV remote. This is being picky as we LOVED our stay.
