Nao was an amazing host. He was really helpful and offered us recommendations during our stay. His shuttle service was such a game changer, we got to experience another area of Kinosakionsen by the beach with no inconvenience. He also rented us robes to use in the onsens which we really enjoyed. The property is so spacious and has so many facilities. The sauna and movie projector were easy to use. We wished we were staying for longer just to enjoy the beach nearby and Nao’s facilities more, there was so much to do. The beds were really comfortable and the place was very clean.

Nao, the owner, was amazing and helped us with anything we needed. He offered shuttle service to and from the base house and the train station, and was always available by phone, whether through WhatsApp or LINE. Really amazing place and service
